OOC: I missed a lot. I'm assuming we beat the Virus?

 

"Wing... are you sure that can hold the Virus?" Vecked asked, ignoring all the other events that had happened since Wing had captured the Virus. "You've... you've captured it. In a bracelet."

 

Wing looked over at vecked and laughed.

"Yes i'm sure the virus is sealed. Prism Magic is very powerful, and this shard here was part of a piece that held the world's magic at bay, preventing it from being sensed. I promise this prism will contain the virus...at least in this state."

 

Vecked glanced at the blue sphere on Wing's bracelet. To the common view it would just look like a souvenir, a trinket. "How long do you guys estimate it will stay in this state, and what will happen when it returns to its full power?"

 

"It'll probably free itself," Xane said. "Hopefully, we can get what we need to accomplished before that."

 

"Time is something we're fighting against. I have no way of knowing how long the Virus will lay dormant, but I know when it wakes up..,there will be hell to pay once more."


He folded his arms over his chest and looked at both Xardius and Vecked.

"You know between the three of us, plus the others here...we can destroy it right? but only if All of use three participate."

He looked at Xardius as he said the last phrase.

 

Vecked nodded, "We probably could defeat it... or, we might just make it angry. There is no doubt in my mind that this thing could kill each and every one of us if it was at its full power... if we don't kill it, it'll come out of that sphere angry... angry at us."

Nulix raised an eyebrow, "And you think it wouldn't be angry at us anyway?"

Vecked shrugged, "Maybe not. From what I observed the Virus only attacks when threatened. The war for example. From the war until Cosmo Canyon it wasn't doing anything bad to anyone. It was at peace because people like us, like the U.P.A., like Scourge weren't hunting after it..."

"So you suggest we don't deystroy it?" Nulix asked.

"Of course not!" Vecked replied, "The Virus needs to die. Its too powerful to be kept alive. I'm just saying we shouldn't leave something like this to the possibility that our power could defeat it. Because the price we would pay is our lives. We need a surefire way, something that has no chance in hell of failing..."

"And what would that be, Vecked?" Nulix asked.

Vecked sighed, "I don't know how... I think we should seek the guidance of those who are wiser then us... I know of a few men and women who could help us... who are wiser than all the people here. How about the rest of you? Do you have any elders, any elders who you think might have knowledge in deystroying something like this?"

 

"You mean Ziet dont you?"

Wing asked Walking up next to vecked.

 

"Ziet?" Xane asked. "That's the thing that's connected to the Virus, right?"

 

Vecked glanced at Wing, "I don't know what Ziet is, Wing. I was thinking of Saak and these people I met on this world... I forget the name, once I see a map I'll remember..."

 

"Whatever," Xane sighed. "We're wasting time. We need to figure out what to do with the Virus. Quick."

 

Xardius was desperately trying to keep himself from burning up inside.

Since the others were talking, he walked over to Tyre. "I have...to go..." he muttered. "Keep me informed."

He opened a portal and dove through it, slamming it shut, and then unleashing a wave of energy that ripped a crater 10 feet around him.

Breathing heavily, he flexed and slammed his fists down, smashing chunks of rock out and away. His power flitted like a flickering flame from him, sending a pillar of energy into the air.

Xardius sat back in his deep tunnel he'd created, letting the power die off. Breathing heavily, he shook his head.

"What is this?" he muttered.

"Phoenicians weren't meant to live together," the woman said, sitting beside him. "At least we weren't."

"What do you mean?" Xardius asked, annoyed.

"We're different than the others," the woman said, her eyes sad. "They're natural...we're not."

"What are you talking about?" Xardius growled, grabbing her and forcing her to look at him. "Tell me what you mean!"

"We're not real, Darius," the woman said. "We're just a mutated copy. Haven't you realized? You have more power than Vecked and Wing combined. That's because we're artificial. We're like a black hole of power. You're constantly getting more and more until one day, it will consume you."

Xardius reeled back, stunned. "And the others?"

"They will top off," the woman said. "We're the only ones I've ever met who don't have a limit on their power. Who can self-destruct."

"I won't let it," Xardius said. "I'll control it."

The woman shook her head. "You will try."

 

OOC: Since he's a nobody, does that make him an artificial artificial human?

 

OOC: Sorry Pirate! Xardius became full human again a long time ago, so no...

But I don't think Nobodies are artificial anyway...

 

OOC: Whatever! Wait...When did that happen?


BIC: "You got any ideas, Tyre?" Xane asked.

 

OOC: The massive battle vs. the Air Army. Like I said, a long time ago. (Right after we exited Kingdom Hearts). I didn't make a big deal out of it, so it's probably natural you don't remember.

BIC: Tyre shrugged. "South-east is our best bet. I can contact some people and they'll prepare a ship for us."

He began walking, leading the others.

 

"Good," Xane said. "Where we headed?"

 

"To see Saak I guess," Tyre said, punching a text message in to Tera Roth, who acknowledged. "We're set. Let's make up for lost time."

Tyre walked quickly for a while, eventually coming to a part of the forest that was unburnt and whole. In a clearing sat a sleek, small gummi.

"This should get us there," Tyre said, opening the hatch and climbing in.

 

OOC: ... (Unamused)

BIC: "We don't have a heading, Tyre. We don't know where to go," Vecked said, walking up to the ship...

 

"I think, we're forgetting something..." Xane said, nodding towards Oeugh's boat.
