"I always seem lucky" Bellatrix muttered, "Well what about bodyguard? I heard that pays pretty well, and there's a bunch of other jobs depending on your interests"

 

"For who?" Xane asked. "Hopefully, when we live out a normal life, they'll be no need for a bodyguard. Especially in the Dark Land of Dragons."

 

"Hm, who knows..." she sighed, "What is a 'normal' life anyway? Like if you had to give a general definition of it, what would it be?"

 

"Normality is relative after all." Wing said from his chair, he had been listening to the others talk, and began to think about what he'd do after the war, teaching seemed like a good option...but he had never finished school, so a weapons teacher seemed like his best bet, or a traveler. Yet right now Wing didnt think to hard on the subject of his future, there was no reason to return to Prism, or to the Realms...he only had the UO. Rain Shadow and dream were all lost now...they had been the whole time...their presence had been manifested by the twilight that coursed through his veins.

"Besides, in this Phoenix state...there's no hope for a normal life..." he whispered under his breath.

 

Tyre leaned in close to Wing. "It's not as bad as you think," he said, smiling slightly. "Besides, there is always a way to return to your normal life. All you have to do is..."

The ship jolted and Tyre's head collided with a bulkhead. "Ow, what was that?"

 

Nulix shrugged at Tyre, before turning back to his friends. "Wing's got my definition for normal as well."

 

"What was that?" Xane asked as the ship rocked back and forth.

 

OOC: I'm going to upload videos of myself playing Guitar Hero now. Just thought I'd let you know. Because everyone cares...

BIC: Tyre looked out the window. "There's a ship following us...shooting at us. Looks like pirates."

 

"Pirates?" Wing said with a smirk. "Bring em on, this should be pretty easy."

 

"Just fire some warning shots," Xane said. "And hit their afterburners. That should stop 'em."

 

"Yeah, lets loose em'," Nulix said, "Times not on our side. We have to get to Ceegum."

 

Xane fired several homing missiles at the pirate's afterburners, hoping to dissuade them from attacking them.

 

OOC: I'm eating dinner, FYI, so stick around if I get offline for a bit.

BIC: Tyre nodded. "Maybe; or maybe not."

 

"What are you talking about?" Xane asked. "Let's get outta here."

 

"No, we really have to get to Ceegum," Nulix muttered, jumping into the gunners chair. "Alright... to the left, they are heading... hold up." Nulix began to fire and then stopped, "How much fuel do we have left?" Nulix asked.

"What did you do?" Vecked asked.

"I hit one of the gas tanks," Nulix replied. "Do we have enough fuel to get to Ceegum with a hyper jump?"

"We have enough to jump... near it," Vecked muttered.

"Well we can't get stuck in space," Nulix muttered, "Hopefully these space savy buccaneers who swash will get da booty else where today, argh?"

 

"Just step on it," Xane said. "I don't feel like dealin' with any pirates today."

 

"Hold up! We are in the Sora System," Nulix said, looking at the map. "We are less than ten minutes away!"

 

"Oh, yippee," Tyre groaned. "Enough with the poetic suspense; I don't feel so good."

 

"There it is..." Vecked said, as the world of Ceegum came into view on the ships screen...

 

Xane landed the ship.
