The Ultimate Organization III

Xardius continued sprinting all the way to the Brotherhood member and the black sand...making it there in good time.

"Hey," he said.

"Come to mock me as I die," the Brotherhood member growled. "How fitting."

"Um, no, not really," Xardius said, yanking the Brotherhood member out of the sand. "Just helping you."

The Brotherhood member looked at him. "Why?"

"We're all people," Xardius said honestly.

 

OOC: I was actually hoping you'd rescue him. Well, I was actually expecting the U.P.A to... At least now, I don't have to pm you to do so.

 

OOC: I'm such a caring person aren't I...

 

"All U.P.A. staff on world that didn't come from me will be interrogated, including you," Lexx replied, "And I want an agent log since we arrived on this world."

 

Mellodia was about to reply, before realizing who she was talking to. The normally cam Lexx was frustrated. This didn't bode well. Nodding, Mellodia walked off.

Xane kicked Nulix to get him up off of the ground. "Get up. We won," Xane said. "Since Xardius ran off, the reporters are probably going to interview you."

 

OOC: So now what?

EDIT: About Xardius, I mean...and the Brotherhood guy...

 

The reporters came up to a dizzy and sweaty Nulix. "What does this victory mean for you and your teammates?!" One reporter asked. "Uh... I don't know, we won some money... so thats good," Nulix replied.

"Will you be going to the world qualifier?!" Another reporter asked. "Uh... no, I don't know right now, maybe," Nulix said. "Enough questions!" A very tired Lexx said, walking out onto victory lane. "My clients needs time to rest up after their big race."

 

OOC: I was hoping that the U.P.A would question him...


BIC: "Lexx is right," Xane yawned, "I'm pretty tired. I think I'll head to the lunch buffet to see if they have anything left, first."

 

"Wait, Xane, come with me," Lexx said, grabbing Xane's arm. The three started to walk back towards the drivers lounge...

 

Xardius sat there....

 

"What?" Xane groaned. "I'm hungry! I'm pretty sure whatever you're about to ask, I won't like."

 

"We'll get food, don't worry," Lexx said. "Damn, Nulix, Xane. UO Wins... now, to talk about your contract. We have a mission for you, right now. You can do it and see if you think its a working style you could get used to... what do you say?"

 

Xane narrowed his eyes and glanced at Nulix and back at Lexx. "What exactly do you want us to do?" he asked.

 

"There is a U.P.A. elder rep named Esac Cack," Lexx explained, "He traveled with me here but we have just found out that he has betrayed us. He has fled this location but we have reason to believe that he is still on world. We want you to track him down and take him out."

 

"Take him out? Xane asked. "That's not really what we do. We aren't assassins."

OOC: Good point, Xane...See you Pirate...

But I'm still stuck waiting for Pirate to, er, tell me what to do with the rescued Brotherhood member...

 

OOC: Let him go?

 

Lexx almost burst out laughing, "Alright, our death record with you guys says otherwise. You've killed... thousands of young, innocent soldiers... I think you can kill one corrupt, middle aged man?"

 

"We fought those guys because they were either threatening the world they were occupying or trying to kill us," Xane explained. "I haven't even killed many enemy soldiers, so I'm the wrong guy for the job. Nulix or Xardius, maybe.

 

Lexx sighed, "If this is gonna work your gonna need to put your ethics behind you, alright?

"We don't kill the defenseless, buddy," Nulix replied.

Lexx sighed, "Fine, just find him then... how bout that, find him and bring him to us."
