The Ultimate Organization III

"They say the Brotherhood's been on the move," the old man said. "Worlds in a path from the Brotherhood's old base have been completely wiped out. Everyone who goes in...is never heard from again...There's been only one eye witness, and he's gone crazy...He says it was if it was raining blood."

 

"See asking them isn't working," Allan said to the other that was following him. "If we did this my way, we wouldn't have to interrogate anyone!"

Xane turned his head as well, when he'd heard about mass killings.

 

Tera Roth ran up. "Guys, we gotta go..."

OOC: I'm leaving. I'll be here tomorrow guys. Please be here as well.

 

"Your way wouldn't solve anything," The person replied. Allan's companion wore no armor, just a jacket. He had blonde hair, brown eyes, and tan skin. Had the man not been standing next to Allan, Niles could probably not distinguish him from any other citizen walking by...

"Lets see what these killings are about," Niles said to Xane and Alyt...

OOC: Well, I was gonna show up tomorrow, but I won't now, Dk... I'm joking, I'm joking. See ya.

 

"And what did your way solve?" Allan growled. "If we shot first and asked questions later, we'd have the UO's heads!"

Xane nodded and began to follow Niles.

OOC: Now we can't...'Cause DK's gone...

 

"Wow, wow, isn't that something?" The man replied. "We can shoot em' now, but it was worth a shot getting them to come peacefully, right? And lets try and get them alive. God knows the U.P.A. won't pay half as much for them dead... then they can't squeeze the info from them."

 

"Fine, fine..." Allan said. "So what do we do in the mean time? Follow them?"

 

"Yeah..." His partner replied, "Know the enemy, alright? I'm gonna do a little... digging. Be back in an hour."

 

Allan nodded and started to walk towards the group, slowly.

"So, where are we going?" Xane asked, unaware that Allan was following them.

 

"To see what all the ruckus is about, I guess," Alyt replied.

 

" That voice..." Allan thought, walking faster towards the group. "It seems familiar..."

 

"Where do you think they are at?" Alyt asked, breathing into her bare hands to make them a bit warmer in the late fall temperature...

Vecked's eyes opened slowly. He lay on ice, only wearing a white robe and pants. His feet were bare and frozen, as were his arms. The rest of his body was only slightly warmed. Vecked got up, trying to ignore the pain of the coldness. His foot slipped and Vecked hit the ice with his jaw. Vecked spat a bit of blood before trying to get up again, this time more carefully. Vecked looked around himself. He was in a sea of ice, clouds above him, cold frozen water below. The only land he could see was a small snow white area a little bit away. "Better get started," Vecked muttered, trying to slide towards the land as carefully as he could, trying to ignore his frozen limbs.

Nulix looked at his new haircut in the mirror beside the door. He had decided to stop with the poor man's pony tail and instead went to the nearest styler. They gave him a fuzzy outward cut that actually looked good on Nulix. The next day Lexx told Nulix that a job had opened at the U.P.A. The day after Lexx told Nulix that he was now the Head of Domestic Quality. It was basically just taking care of lifestyle and the Sora System worlds. Nulix sighed. Today was his first day. There was a meeting in a U.P.A. building on Destiny City. The flight to the world made Nulix all the more nervous.

Nulix stopped looking at his hair and opened the door slowly. On the other side was a bright white room with several beings seated around a table, most of them wearing matching uniforms. "Nulix!" Lexx said, getting up from his chair and greeting Nulix. "Good to see you, my friend," He said. Lexx smiled, "Before we begin, let me introduce you to our... little staff here."

"Thats our Head of Foreign Progress, Ali Ran," Lexx explained, pointing to a younger woman with short black hair pinned back. She wore the same uniform Nulix had on. "And thats our Head of Technology, Skeid Skywald," Lexx continued, pointing to a man with short silver hair and matching eyes. "Our Head of Defense, Zanya H.T.," Lexx said, pointing to a woman with chestnut hair sitting in the corner, wearing the same uniform as the rest. "And finally our head of Treasury, Tyler Tinyer," Lexx concluded, pointing to a woman with red hair, who wore the uniform as well.

"You already know Skinnar and our Hairis Richards," Lexx said, walking back to his chair. Nulix looked at the two men in the corner. Richards only wore a plain suit, and Skinnar was, in contrast to the rest of the room, not in unform. At least not in that uniform. He wore some military uniform with badges on it. "Nice to meet you all," Nulix said, sitting down...

 

"Let's check the news," Venture said. "They're probably gonna have something on about this."


Allan's eyes widened. He'd seen that guy before! The with him too! The man in the cloak could be a UO member. To be sure he had to follow them....But not without a little backup.

 

"Right, lets do that," Alyt said.

Vecked walked the cold street wrapped in a long trench coat that he stole from a homeless man. "Hey you," A voice yelled. Vecked looked up to see a woman standing nearby. Vecked ignored her and continued to walk, think that she was talking to someone else. "Wait? Are you mad at me or something?" The woman asked as he walked by. Vecked looked up and smiled at the woman, "Oh no. Hi. Nice seeing you," He said, before walking again. The woman waved as he left. "That was strange..." Vecked muttered, looking back at the woman who operantly knew him from somewhere...

 

Before the group could move any further, a group of mercenaries appeared in front of them, with Allan Acteon leading them.

 

"Here we go," Alyt muttered, pulling out her broad sword. Niles muttered, before taking out his machine guns. "Lets do this thing!" He yelled, rapidly shooting at the foes...

 

"Wait, stop!" Venture yelled. "Too many civilians around. Fighting them here would cause casualties."

"They can run away," Mellodia said.


"This city over populated. I wouldn't be surprised if not all of them are able to leave," Venture said.

 

"He's right, we need to... move," Alyt said, putting her weapons away and climbing the wall of a nearby townhouse. "Where the people aren't!" She yelled from the top of the building. "We need to get away, and hopefully they will follow," Niles muttered, wishing he was nimble enough to use the same escape route Alyt used...

 

OOC: I'm back for a while.

BIC: "Where...are...you?" Tera Roth puffed, bolting through the streets at top speed, which although not record-breaking, was still fast.

He checked his cell phone.

Tera, out of there now! Five minutes until the Brotherhood arrives!

"Graaaaaaaaaaaaa----" Tera Roth roared, pumping his legs faster and stretching out his senses.

The sky began growing darker...

Xardius prepared for the final jump with Wraith at his side, homing in on the signal sent out by Xane's cell phone, unaware that his jump would perfectly coincide with the approaching fleet of Brotherhood forces...

 

"Find them!" Allan yelled. "They're with the Ultimate Organization! They've come to destroy your city along with the Brotherhood! Don't let them kill your children!" Allan Acteon shouted, trying rile the citizens.
