The Ultimate Organization III

OOC: Eh, but I like the fact that it started out as a Kingdom Hearts spinoff and ended up being so much more. Not that that matters, but I just don't see a reason you need to edit any and all Kingdom Hearts references out of this. We don't really need them, but early on...I mean what about all the characters who used Keyblades? The Sora System? Stitch? Some things could be changed such as Olympus Coliseum actually turning into a Greek myth themed world...Anyway, The Quest For Retlaw was basically the only arc that had anything at all to do whith Kingdom Hearts, so I don't see the need to change it.

EDIT: Huh...Maybe that'll work...

 

OOC: Kingdom Hearts is a great game and all, but it's not OUR game. If we ever want to move on from a simple RP, and I do want to, then we'll have to move on from Kingdom Hearts.

 

OOC: Hasn't our RP moved way past simple? Anyway, I don't care too much for the Kingdom Hearts elements myself. Even in the game, I only have the KH music in the very early stages and worlds. Everyone's personal theme is from another game series. I just felt they'd be neccesary for the Quest for Retlaw story arc. But since you explained Nulix's plan to me, I'm starting to like it.

And speaking of a personal theme, I'd like to PM you about your character's themes.

 

OOC: OK, well, I'm not sure what you mean by themes, but if it's music, I'm looking.

 

OOC:Speaking of which, when is a demo going to be out?

 

OOC: Not sure. I need to fix up a lot of things before I get a demo started, but I'll try and put one up as soon as I can if you wanna test it out.

 

OOC: Well, I hope that suffices. I"m going to split soon. By the way, does anyone remember where we left off in the RP? We should probably start actually controlling our characters again, XD.

 

OOC:Ok, one thing real quick, how about this? Instead of nobodies, we could be demons/spirits, you know, like a Yōkai from old japanese myths? Or like demons from Disgaea? Specifically, Disgaea 2, where everyone is cursed into becoming demons. Also, those demons did not have a conscious, much like nobodies don't have feelings.

 

OOC: Hmm...I dunno...And we really should get back into the story. I'll post an in story comment tomorrow.

 

OOC: I'll explain real quick my idea. I'll copy it from a PM. It basically explains a thing called Oakaku Koa, which roughly translates to the Core.

Oakaku Koa is like the sun to the universe; it is the mainstay of energy where everything initially spirals down into. Like the center of a galaxy, it's a roiling mass of chaotic energy that as you get farther away from it, gets more and more organized into worlds. So it's not actually a place so much as the Core, which is what Oakaku Koa means.

There are things that live near Oakaku Koa, but they're mutated beings that sometimes make it out of the chaotic mass and attack the worlds, usually in waves. These beings are simply called Shadows, because that's what they look like.

On the opposite extreme is the very outer edge, where the density of energy is so low, no life can be supported.

It's really just an explanation for the Heartless, but If feel we need an enemy for the UO to fight in the first place, that made the worlds shun them. For example, we could have, say, a taint or disease that is spread from the Shadows and the UO's members all caught it and gained these great abilities to fight, heal, etc.

If you're okay with that, we can do away with what I said before (I thought about it a lot before replying). There would still be a seal on Oakaku Koa to stop most of the Shadows from coming through, but if there had been a weakening a few years ago, and a war, and a taint, we have the UO.

So what do you think?

EDIT: Oh, and you're right that Nobodies don't have feelings, but the UO hasn't ever NOT had feelings, really...lol, we're sorta contradictory in that respect, though we did come up with a plausible solution.

 

OOC:I know. But still, it was a fact that played, even though a tiny role, it did serve for at least a few plot elements. Thus, I wanted to make sure all the bases were covered and not leave that part out. So, what does anyone think of that idea? Demons are usually frowned upon in most societies, so they would definitely get the "hated" part down.

 

OOC: I like it; I'm just not sure it's practical just the way it is...Why are we demons in the first place? What's our goal?

Maybe we could incorporate both; the taint from fighting the Shadows makes into Yokai. Hence we're looking for a way to restore ourselves.

EDIT: And I do realize that no conscience doesn't necessarily mean no emotions. Which would explain why the UO still had emotions, though they didn't necessarily act on them with discretion.

 

OOC:They never wanted to be demons or Yokai, but they were cursed that way. Perhaps by the shadows, much like a heartless would turn someone into a nobody. Or, the Virus. A ritual gone wrong. Who knows? However, most certainly not by choice. And, as such, our goal would be to return to humanity, much like a nobody desires the return of his own heart.

 

OOC: Oh yeah Wing can be in the UO lol once I finish actually writing the inverted Prism sires i'll see how to tie Wing in with the New UO

Wing sighed and streched before laying back on the cool ground, his hands behind his head, he looked over at where he had defeated the virus then to the stars.

"Its almost over..." He whispered, he knew Xardius would hear him though.

"Then we can have peace again."

 

OOC: Pirate was supposed to PM me and I have a feeling he didn't even show up today...oh well. I still have no clue where we are, but I'll follow your lead, Wing, XD.

BIC: Xardius shrugged. "So it would seem. But I don't think we're as close as we feel."

He ticked things off on his fingers. "We still have the Brotherhood to deal with, and Enigma let me on their secret, so that's another thing we have to deal with. Three, we have the UPA and all the other rogue people running around. Fourth, there's anarchy everywhere and the worlds are like pieces of interstellar crap right now. Fifth, there's the remaining Heartless and Nobodies still around, which are still killing people."

He shrugged again. "Take that into perspective, and we have a busy future. We might be getting closer, and I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but we have to be realistic. Peace is going to be pricey."

Xardius grimaced. "More pricey for some of us than others. The light and dark are choosing their sides. I'm pretty sure that those waves of dizziness I felt a while back were slight impacts of the birth of new Phoenix. I don't know why, but it's like the calm before the storm right now, where both sides take a breath, stock up their weapons of war, and then march forward to bash each other. At least, that's what it feels like to me."

Xardius stopped. "You know, I think that's the most I've spoken at one time in over a month!"

OOC: Wow, Xardius had a lot to say tonight.

 

Wing smiled a sad smile.

"Your right Xardius, but you know as well as I do that we'll prevail. We always have when dealing with Scourge and darkness."



OOC: I found how Wing can fit into the UO after Inverted Prism. I'll Pm you later DarKnight I'm at work right now and dont think i'm supposed to be on here lol

 

OOC: As for the KHRP, I'm mainly working on the time we were inside Kingdom Hearts. In the thread, KH was fun. But it wasn't very consistent. In the fanfic it'll be... a lot different. To sum up the plot, two country's go to war. Vecked becomes prince of the country who are actually the good guys, and the UO realize that. The thing is, Vecked wants to win the war, and he knows a lot about weapons. He wants to show his army the secrets of the gun and the bomb. The UO needs to stop this, because, as Kyzar says in the fanfic, "This world is just a few explosions away from becoming our own."

... So thats what I'm doing....

BIC:

Captain Rentu Skinnar sat in his apartment, the hundredth floor. The view was breathtaking, the capitol of Ulfire right out his bedroom window. The glistering city of water and lights. The capitol was a city of layers, some streets above the sky, the ships flying beside them, and some lay deep underground, the under city of lights.

Rentu sighed. He needed to get away from the madness of the Sora System. He didn't know what Lexx was doing, but whatever it was it would only end in destruction. And Rentu had a family now. A wife, a soon to be born child. Until Lexx was out of the picture, Rentu would have nothing to do with the U.P.A. Rentu walked over to his recliner and lit a cigar. "But who knows how long Lexx can stay in office..." Rentu chuckled, turning his Tv set on.

"Excuse me," Nulix said, pushing past a few angry old men. The area around Lexx's building was swarmed by many, only a few U.P.A. guards holding the crowds back. They wanted him dead. The people. The riots had started after Nulix's speech. A few citizens were shot, but eventually the crowds overpowered the U.P.A., or the agents joined them. Most citizens fled, but some stayed, hungry for revenge. And soon the godlike world of Sumer was set on fire, the parks burned, the buildings collapsed, and the government crumbled. Nulix didn't expected them, the citizens, to be so angry. But then again, if Nulix had found out that a man who stole his money, sent half his family away to die in war, and relocated him was in fact the man who attacked Destiny Islands and only did it for the money, he would be angry too.

"Out of the way," Nulix said, pushing his fellow man away. "Hold there," A guard said, approaching Nulix as he reached the guarded entrance of the apartment building. A flash of Nulix's U.P.A. card disabled the guards actions, who was quickly distracted by another citizen. Nulix walked into the empty lobby of the building, his eyes searching for the elevator. Once he got there he pressed the 26th floor button, Lexx's floor.

"Hello?" Nulix yelled, kicking in the door to Lexx's apartment. The lamps were off, the only light being the twilight sun on the horizon and the fires below. A single silhouette stood at the window. "And why are you here?" Lexx's voice asked, a cup in his hand. "Lexicon Klüppel..." Nulix chuckled.

"Why are you here!?" Lexx demanded, turning around to face Nulix. Nulix smiled, "Never thought this would happen... honest. This is... tragic. The death of Lexx Klüppel, the first bullet fired when the wrong man sees your face."

Nulix walked to the window and looked down, "All those people are the wrong man.... Or we could make a deal." Lexx chuckled, "I'm dead, Nulix. You killed me." Nulix sighed, "Well... if one person deserves to die, its you Lexx." Lexx smiled, "Thats nice... tell me, what would this deal of yours be?"

Nulix shrugged, "Tell the truth, make it official."

Lexx raised an eyebrow, "You already told the truth. Look what happened."

"Make it official," Nulix replied, "You still have power, even if the world doesn't know it. I don't want new power to come and find out that we are still not allowed in our own system. I want the truth, I want honesty about us."

Lexx glanced at Nulix, before looking out the window. "The U.P.A.'s dead. I have no power, anymore. I screwed everyone over... I admit I'm a crook."

Nulix shrugged, "Then stay and burn."

"Don't you get it, Nulix!?" Lexx yelled, "I killed the Sora Government. The U.P.A. Government is dead! Who do we have? The Knights?! Bunch of pansies! They're in military, not goddamn government! The U.P.A. could work, Knights, not right now. You know who will take control? That Ulfire piece of crap, Panarin Eleo, he's been trying to buy us for years, the only one who didn't get bought! He's crazy, you understand?! Sick will die under him. You've screwed us, Nulix, you and your kind has screwed us all over again!"

Nulix sighed, and turned to walk away. "I just pulled a out a brick. You built the tower."

A clicking sound could be heard behind Nulix. "You said the one responsible deserves to die," Lexx muttered, the end of a gun on the back of Nulix's neck. "So I'll kill you, cause you caused all this, Nulix, you, me, maybe the Hairis. Scourge's nonsense helped, but it was really you and me... now turn around."

"You say so," Nulix replied, spinning around quickly, tripping Lexx as he did so. Lexx fell to the ground, his gun going off as he did. Nulix leaned back, the bullet scraping on his chin as it flew back. Lexx grabbed his gun, ready to shoot, until Nulix kicked it out of his hands. It slid from the two into the other end of the room. "No!" Lexx yelled, before turning to Nulix, ready for a hit. But Nulix just stood, ready to make a move in case Lexx tried anything.

The sound of shattered glass suddenly rang out behind the two enemy's, who both turned to see something roll from the window into the darkest corner of the room. The only thing brightening up the darkness was a red light blinking from the objects. It only took Nulix a second to realize what it was. "Oh sh*t,"

The cheering of the crowd could be heard as twenty sixth floor of the building erupted into flames. The man who threw the high powered grenade being lifted on shoulders, being praised as the hero of that dark day.

"Captain Skinnar, Captain Skinnar!" The agents yelled, giving Skinnar various papers as he burst through the doors. "What should we do? The people have erupted from the five into the abandoned Sora System!" An agent yelled. "Then we need a strategy!" Skinnar muttered. "We have no political strategy! We need to arrange the people!"

Skinnar turned around and looked at the agent in the eyes. "I meant a battle strategy. We need to protect the people. I want an agent on every world, abandon the five, get agents to rework the system..."

"Yes sir!" The agent yelled, running down the hall. Skinnar took a breath, before going into the strategy room of the U.P.A. emergency station. Skinnar wouldn't normally do this, but the worlds were on the brink of destruction. The Sora System had no laws, and limited resources. It needed to be saved, and not from the Ulfire Government. The Sora System wasn't dead yet... because the people were still there.

Nulix's eyes opened slowly. A siren could be heard in the background. The world was blurry, one shadow cast over Nulix's eyes. "Your gonna live," A voice said, "Your gonna live..."

Nulix gave a sigh of relief, before closing his eyes once more.


OOC: So thats that. My crazy too long to still be good plot has almost completely wrapped up.

 

OOC: I'll have to read all of that later. You still here Nulix?

And sorry I missed yesterday, DK. I was kind of busy with school work.

 

OOC:Yeah, I was busy too...We were snowed out the entire last week of school before Christmas break, but instead of taking away from the break, they were just going to add it at the end of the year. The bad news is, semester tests were that week. So, I've been spending most of this week making up semesters tests along with the rest of the school. Its bad enough just taking them, but taking them after a few weeks of not being at school was kind of difficult.

 

OOC: I forgive you...But I'm still lost as to where we are in the story...*bums out*

BIC: "..." Scourge leaned back in his chair. "Is that so?"

Eclipse shrugged. "It appears so. I don't think either of them survived."

"No, Vecked's brother would have," Wirdikov, the ex-Guardian of light, said, his cool blue eyes narrowing. "He has that blood in him."

Scourge chuckled. "This should be fun..."

Eclipse wondered again whether Scourge was cocky or simply insane. He hoped it was the former, because if it was the latter, then he was insane too.

"Whether it's fun or not, I also have more important news," Eclipse said. "About Azull."

"Did you find him?" Scourge asked smoothly.

"Not exactly, but I did find the note he left us," Eclipse said, pulling out the piece of paper and handing it to Scourge.

Scourge's eyes turned blood red as he read the page. Eclipse swallowed, trying not to be audible about it. Wirdikov tensed.

Scourge calmly handed the paper back to Eclipse, then stood.

"Clever Azull," Scourge growled through clenched teeth. "I would never had dreamed you were capable of that."

Wirdikov read the paper still held in Eclipse's hands, and his eyes widened. "Impossible!"

"No, quite possible for a master of illusion," Scourge said. He walked around the desk, and between the two. "We must correct this immediately."

Eclipse and Wirdikov followed, but Eclipse could tell Wirdikov was thinking the same thing he was: it might just be too late for that.
