The Ultimate Organization III

OOC:Ok, I've decided. I really wanted to flesh out the prision story (Lurking in Fear), but that will just have to wait till later, perhaps as a later fan-fic. I even had an escape plan laid out with a few plot twists. But for now, I will return to the story. The prision escape is a thing of the past. Darxess is now free. Orb was also in the facility and is free as well. The escape happened a month ago (Both RP and IRL time). They have already recovered from the experience and ready to bust some heads.

 

A storm raged on dark Port Royal, water flooding what used to be the town, in the remains a body lay, bleeding black blood. With a gasp the Virus opened its eyes crying out in immense pain as the salty water cleaned its wounds. The darkness began to surge around him and the wounds were tied shut with Darkness, there was no link to human anymore, this creature was pure Darkness is every way, Wings former body, lost forever. A twilight portal opened underneath the creature and swallowed him whole, landing him inside what appeared to be a glass prison cell. THe Virus tried to break free, but to no avail.

"Sorry buddy, no escaping that." Jack Swanson said with a chuckle. He carried his emerald helmet in his left hand his body covered in his EK armor. He had trapped the Virus and it was now time to bargain.

"Take us to Scourge" He said into his wrist communicator. The gummi ships engines roared to life and the EK ship was off to face the Leader of the brotherhood, and to hopefully stop the war.

 

OOC: I like it when Wing does unexpected things...

 

OOC: PLOT TWIST!?!.... But wait, which Virus is this again? Sorry, I'm confused.

 

OOC: It is Wing's Virus...the one that took over his body, but Wing exorcised, if you will.

 

OOC: Time to finally post in the storyline.

BIC: In what could barely be described as a world, a large hunchbacked man walked along the rocky mountainside to a cave he called home. Inside the cave were various inventions and machinations that he'd like to create in his free time. Around this time he'd usually sit around the fireplace and think of things he'd like to invent next. When he reached his house this afternoon, however...A strange person was sitting in one of his chairs. The inventor automatically knew who it was.

"R-Ravakov!" the old man gasped.


"Hephaestus," Ravakov nodded. "Greek god of fire. Inventor of the many veapons the Greek gods used."

"How did you get past my defenses?" Hephaestus asked.

"They veren't really that good," Ravskov frowned. "Pity too. I expected better from a god."

"What do you want?" Hephaestus gasped.

"Calm down, comrade," Ravakov yawned. "I merely vant to know how you survived Ragnarok. As you know the light vorld's Olympus Coliseum was destroyed vhen Ragnarok hit the dark vorld's Asgard. Most of the gods died. Few Norse gods survived by different means. There vere no records of any of the Greek gods still living...Until I heard some reports on your vhearabouts. So...How did you survive, vhen your brethren could not?"


Hephaestus paused...


"You really vant to anger me?" Ravakov asked.

"Oh...Okay," Hephaestus sighed. "I invented an armor to protect myself. Real modern age too....Y-ya wanna buy some?"


"Yes, I vould," Ravakov nodded. "But...Is it really indestructible? Many have claimed that-"


"Well, I'll tell ya. No blade will be able to harm this thing. No magic either. And of course none of that fancy science crap the U.P.A uses can touch it," Hephaestus explained. "It does have a tiny weakness, as does all my work, but it's impossible to find. So how much do you want?"

"All of it," Ravakov answered.

"...All of it?" Hephaestus questioned. "Who has that kinda money anymore."

Ravakov answered the god's question quickly as a box of gold Atlantean Dubloons opened up in front of him.

 

OOC: So Ravakov the man of steel gets invincible armor...Hoo boy...

BIC: "Where is he?" Scourge asked quietly.

Eclipse swallowed. "I, uh, don't know."

Scourge responded by blasting Eclipse into a wall with a wall of power. Eclipse grunted, pinned but not hurt. That wasn't the point and he knew it.

Scourge wasn't angry yet anyway.

"Why don't you know?" Scourge asked quietly.

Eclipse allowed himself a moment before responding. "I believe he's disappeared so as to further armor himself against you, and then he will attack you with all his force."

Scourge nodded. "I concur. Do you know when he will attack?"

Eclipse thought about it, then nodded. "He will attempt to destroy you, at least, near the end of the month, to coincide with Azull's plan."

"Two birds can be killed here," Scourge said, his power slowly allowing Eclipse back to the floor. "With my sword. We may not need...this."

He gestured. "Go and tell the others. I want them all here for the occasion."

Eclipse nodded and ran out of the room, grinning widely. The time had finally come to cut them all down: the UO were going to die.

Scourge watched Eclipse go, knowing exactly what he was thinking.

He sighed heavily. "I do believe that will be the last time I see you, Eclipse," he muttered under his breath. "Enjoy your final moments."

 

OOC: Er...Where exactly should Xane be right now? I'm not really sure where we left off...

BIC: Off on yet another remote world, a man known as Novice, knew that his time, for once, was finally running out...

As Eclipse left Scourge's presence, Tul Raijin entered the room, awaiting his next assignment.

 

OOC: Does anyone know where we left off? I think we should just be arriving somewhere...

BIC: Xardius stepped out of the gummi ship, and whipped a hand through his hair. The gummi they'd been driven on, the driver being a friendly wealthy farmer who never watched TV or listened to the news so was blatantly unaware of everything, was more like a yacht, equipped with showers and beds. So Xardius felt human for the first time in a long time.

"Come on guys," Xardius said, motioning.

OOC: Where should we be? I was thinking somewhere like a mountain city. We haven't been to any ice-capped mountain worlds yet...

 

"Where are we?" Xane asked as Venture and Mellodia exited the shhip as well.

 

Xardius glanced at a sign, brushing snow off it. "Somewhere with lots of snow, called...Iceburg. Nice pun."

OOC: A burg being a city area, lol.

BIC: He glanced around. "I think we're supposed to meet someone here. That crazy old millionaire farmer was a little too nice, and a little too quick to say he didn't know anything about the Ultimate Organization...before I told him who we were."

He shrugged. "So that means we're either walking into an ambush, or that man was bribed to drop us off here so we couldn't interfere, or he was hired by one of our allies to bring us here. Either of those options could be dangerous, so stay on your toes."

He began walking into the city, looking around as he did so.

OOC: Hmm, have to go soon.

 

"Right," Xane nodded, walking around the snowy landscape.

 

"Where am I?" Nulix whispered. "The Elqontinall Medical Resort," A voice replied. Nulix opened his eyes slowly. He was in a white bed, the walls were light brown, the few walls their were, because most of the sides were windows, open, looking down on the city. The world had a light brow tint at first, until Nulix's eyes adjusted to the light. The room was empty except for the bed an a large chair opposite of it, where Rentu Skinnar sat.

"Ulfire?" Nulix muttered, glancing down at his clothing. A white shirt and matching pants. "Not very good at geography, are you Mr. Princeton?" Skinnar replied, "Elqontinall, capitol of Ceegum?"

Nulix glanced around, before turning to Skinnar once more, "What happened?"

"With the people you mean? Well why don't you take a look." Skinnar smiled, before standing up and walking towards the window. Nulix followed. Outside was a marvel of lights, thousands of ships flying through the air, many lights from buildings glowing in the red morning sky, thousands of people driving and walking below this.

"This isn't possible," Nulix muttered.

"Apparently it is," Skinnar replied.

"Where did you get the money for this?" Nulix asked, "You should be bankrupt by now with Lexx's doing."

"Honestly, we'd be screwed if it weren't for Lexx," Skinnar muttered. "Sora System has a gold standard, right? Well Lexx tried something he found in an old history book, he faked the amount of gold he had. The justification for this was that the newly founded Kingdom of Sumer actually had large amounts of gold in it. He dug it out, or at least that's what he said. Now the Sora dollar is of the highest value, and that's how we can make so much of it and still stand."

"...That's illegal," Nulix replied.

Skinnar glanced at Nulix and smiled, "Yes. Yes it is."

"And whats your role in this?" Nulix asked.

"Grand Hairis of the U.P.A. is my role and it will be for the next two years," Skinnar explained.

"How long have I been out?" Nulix asked.

"Almost a week," Skinnar replied.

"And what of Lexx? Did the blast kill him?" Nulix asked.

"Nah, nah. He actually recovered faster then you," Skinnar replied. "Would you like to see him?"

Nulix nodded, "Yes. Yes I would."

"Mr. Princeton, looks like your doing fine," Lexx greeted as Nulix and Skinnar walked into the room. "Nice place, eh? I was unaware that Ceegum had such beautiful city's," Lexx commented.

"And how are you alive?" Nulix asked.

Lexx shrugged, "Um... what did they say. You and your armor blocked most of the blast from hitting me. We both fell out of the window and landed on an emergency thing the U.P.A. had padded out or something."

Nulix shook his head, "Not that! I mean how did someone not kill you already?"

"Now Nulix, why would anyone want to kill me?" Lexx asked. "I didn't do anything wrong."

"What the hell are you talking about? I told the people, Lexx, come on," Nulix replied.

"In order for a Government like the U.P.A. to retake control we must not have Lexx be the villain," Skinnar started. "I made a speech saying that you, Nulix, had gotten information saying that Lexx had done those things. This information was in fact from the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood also planted all the wrong facts about the UO, like that one village massacre. All other reasons for the Six Sora System were true. There was a threat from the Brotherhood and Lexx thought it best to move everyone. So he wasn't evil, he was just not the smartest ruler. And now the Brotherhood has been pushed back enough for the citizens to return to the old worlds. In two weeks I will also restart the Sora System Central Government and the U.P.A. will return as its military force."

"Thats the biggest lie I've ever heard," Nulix replied.

"You say that because it only puts the blame on us," Skinnar muttered, "But if it were a lie about something horrible your friends did you'd want it covered up as well."

"I say that because the people aren't children and they deserve to know the truth," Nulix said, standing up from his seat. "This war has all been for profit, the mothers who have to see their sons buried deserve to know why!"

"We can not make the U.P.A. the enemy!" Skinnar yelled, standing up to his full frame, his shadow eclipsing Nulix completely. "We can not be the enemy," Skinnar muttered.

Nulix was about to respond, and then thought better of it. With a grunt, he fell back into his chair, Skinnar did the same. "And what of the UO?" Nulix asked.

"In this time we can't slide the scale more then we have," Skinnar muttered. "They are not wanted men, but they are not and never will be public heroes. And if they break the law we will put our forces in motion. So don't start Nulix, the UO should never attack us."

Nulix nodded, "I'll... keep them in line, we don't want this type of situation to happen again."

"Good," Skinnar replied.

"And what about me? What now for Mr. Klüppel?" Lexx asked, entering the intense conversation.

"Lexx, because were friends, the U.P.A. has decided to rehire despite the bad public image you may draw to the company. We honor you for the political courage and planning you showed in the face grave danger and war," Skinnar said.

"But, in truth, you killed millions and stole billions, so the only position I feel morally right giving you is of Sora System Lv. 12 Secretary," Skinnar explained, "Welcome back, Secretary Lexx. And also welcome back your paycheck of fifty thousand per year."

"God damn it..." Lexx muttered.

"Hey, look on the bright side buddy," Nulix added, "You could be dead."

Four Days later...

"Where do you think they are at?" Skinnar asked. Nulix shrugged. He was wearing a nice white collared shirt underneath green plate armor, the U.P.A. logo had been taken off, specially for Nulix. He wore a green backpack with food, clothing, and money inside. "Dark Worlds is where I'm headed," Nulix muttered, "I'm pretty sure that's where they should be."

"Good luck Nulix," Skinnar said, "Remember. The UO and the Knights are the only ones still fighting this war. We've started to draw most of our troops out of the dark worlds, we won't keep a whole lot in there, just spy's. We can't fight anymore, the Sora System can't take it."

Nulix nodded, "Well, I'm off."

Skinnar raised an eyebrow, "You don't have a ship."

Nulix shrugged, "I don't need one... I may be tracked... hitchhiking is best. I hitch a ride to Destiny Islands, get to the Gold Costs. Buy a ship, cheap."

Skinnar nodded, "Right... see you around, Nulix."

Nulix smiled, "You ain't half bad, Rentu. See ya."

"Sora Comen," Lexx muttered.

~ "Lexx, I'm getting screwed here! Enemy fire on my men!"

"Captain Doria, relax," Lexx replied. "You ain't getting Supreme Captain spot like that... wait, hold on. I'll reconnect you." Lexx pressed one of the buttons, his eyes focused on the woman who just walked into the door. Catherine Woods. The woman searched for Lexx in the row of secretary's. "Right here," Lexx said, waving to her. Ms. Woods reached the desk and smiled.

"Well, back to fifty-thousand," Lexx muttered, "But with your salary we should still have enough for the house."

"Lexx... we have a problem," Catherine started. Lexx's smile disapeard, "Whats up?"

"Its not working out..."

Lexx raised his eyebrows in shock, "What?"

Catherine sighed, "Its not working. The world hates you, and you've lost a whole lot of money now, so..."

"This is why? Whats wrong with you? Its not about love to you?" Lexx asked, "I'm making more than you, and if you lost your job I'm not gonna dump you! Two years we've been... planning, god damn it."

Catherine shrugged, "Sorry." And with that, Ms. Woods walked away, probably never to see Lexx ever again. Lexx collapsed back into his chair, his hand in his pocket. He pulled out a small ring, a red diamond on the top.

"God damn it," Lexx muttered, throwing the ring into the trash.


OOC: Man, my timeline in this post doesn't really work in with the rest of the thread... ah well.

 

OOC: Well, honestly, this was supposed to have happened a long time ago, so the timeline is fine.

BIC: The two men watched the Ultimate Organization enter the city, then scurried off...

A young woman approached them. "Excuse me, Mister, but are you travelers? We haven't visitors in a long time."

Xardius stopped, and nodded slightly. "Do this town have an inn?"

The young woman nodded. "This town has a lot to offer if you look around." She smiled and walked away.

Xardius shook his head. "The people are wacked in this town..."

WHERE IS EVERYONE!? If I come here tomorrow and find no new post, I might cry!

 

OOC: Geez, I come back and I find DK already about to cry, how sad, lol.
Sorry I've been gone so long, i've been busy with all the work I'm up to. ^^' But I assure you, my new project is going to be awesome and definetely something to add to the list of things we have going for the UO. I just need a bit more time and a script.
Anyway, I'm caught up with all the reading I missed I just forgot where Bella was... XD
So yeah, I'll post something meaningful when I figure it out.

BIC: "Everybody does seem a lttle bit...secretive. Let's ask around," Venture suggested. "It might be Brotherhood."

"Or maybe these people think we're criminals like most of the worlds do," Xane added.

Along the far side of the snowy cliffs, Alaan Acteon watched the Ultimate Organozation enter town, through his binoculars.

"Well, look what the cat dragged in," Acteon smiled. "The four of them should be about about five hundred billion. Though, I might need some backup."

Over the past week Ravakov had raided forty-seven U.P.A wepon compounds. The U.P.A was too busy to even address the problem, therefore it was never mentioned on any news media. Recently, the newly promoted Captain Pharell Titan decided to investigate. He was currently interrogating a crew at U.P.A Sattelite-374.

"How many shipment's did he take?" Pharell asked.

"All of it, sir," a disgruntled officer amnswered. "He snuck onboard one of our cargo ships about to take some packages into the storage room. He killed a few officers and then stole all of the ammo, weaponry, and fuel we were going to ship out for the Hairis' new defense initiative. HE just loaded it on to a cargo ship and left.

"...I see," Pharell frowned. "Get Skinnar or another captain up on communications.

"You sure you don't wanna talk to-" the officer began.

"No," Pharell shook his head. "Not Lexx."

Meh, one post and I'm gone.

BIC: "Where, where am I?"
As the dark room came back into focus, a single light shone on a dark figure, standing a few feet away. A cruel smirk tugged at the pale lips, seeing her prey was awake.
Bellatrix moaned, feeling her head ache where the blow had fallen, dry blood still decorating the place of the wound. The strings that bound made her painfully aware that she was no longer unconcious, digging into her skin like one long flexible razor.
Her onyx eyes looked at the cloaked figure in front, watching her with ice cold sapphire eyes.
"Who are you?" she managed to whisper, her throat dry from no use for so long.
"Someone you wish you had never met" whispered back the melodious yet cold soprano voice, walking forward with a lethal intent.

OOC: Seemingly random I know but I'm going somewhere with this this time. XD
I'll explain it, don't worry guys. But I have to go so see ya!

 

OOC:Try stuck in a bed all weekend puking my guts out.

There's been a bad virus going around in my area causing people to get real bad sick. Its even been hospitalizing a few folks, and not just the very young or very old. Quite a few people from my school and people from the school in the area got the same treatment. Heck, if I still had it for a few more days, that story would apply to me as well...

Needless to say, I had a rough weekend. However, I am thankfully much better now. I shall return to the RP today as soon as school ends.

 

OOC: Serious!? I was sick too! That's why I'm "grumpy" because I still have this nagging cough and stuff...

BIC: "I don't think so," Xardius said, walking towards the inn. "But I definitely think something fishy is going on. Anyway, I don't think anything is going to happen soon; they'll need time to prepare. We should send out a message for the rest of the UO to meet here."

"After all," he said, "we have five out of nine here - Bellatrix, Noxas, Nulix, and Jaxed are still missing. I say, if they don't show up within three days, we go looking for them, then regroup back here. What do you think?"

 

OOC:Sigh...It apparently doesn't matter if I'm better or not...I have a ball game to go to. I probably won't be able to get back home till late, likely too late to get back on the computer to post. However there is one idea I've been thinking of.

Since we've been going in a new direction, as far as from established media as possible, it might even be time to change the title. "Ultimate Organization" is a bit too cliche and to similar to Organization XIII. However, that doesn't mean we have to change our classic "U.O." initials, just what they stand for. Here's a few title I've been tossing back and forth:
