"Hehe... stupid dark world people, trying to enhance their citizens..." Nulix muttered.

 

"Apparently, they were all modeled after this one Brotherhood member," Xane explained.

 

Eclipse smiled in agreement. "To answer your question, I do have a partner who was supposed to acquire your reason for being here. If they were hostile to us, we wouldn't be talking right now."

"What's her name?" Xardius asked.

"Oh, Marlene Stewart," Eclipse said.

Xardius' expression darkened. "We're leaving."

He got up and left.

Eclipse looked confused. "Did I say something wrong?"

 

"Dark World people are all such idiots," Nulix whispered to Xane.

 

"What's wrong now?" Xane asked. "Let me guess. This Marlene lady has some ties to your past, right?"

 

Xardius grunted. "It's a bit more complicated. Everything in the past is. Suffice it to say, if she's here, we're in trouble. I knew her way back when Dark City was still a bustling metropolis. I taught her how to fight, then Heartless attacked. I had to kill her. She wasn't too happy about it."

 

"So, she's out for revenge? "Xane asked.

 

OOC: Sorry had to do some chores.

BIC: "Again, not so simple. More than likely she doesn't want revenge, but is still mad at me, so won't help us any, and if she can, will probably get us out of the picture. Through one way or another."

He shrugged. "It either means she'll fight us herself or have someone else do it, to dissuade us from continuing. Eclipse said 'several reasons'; he only named two."

 

"Right, " Xane nodded. "Might as well find her first. How powerful is she?"

 

"She's Brotherhood, which means she's as strong as us, at least," Xardius said. "But I suspect we should do this tomorrow. It's getting late."

OOC: To further our three-day countdown...May Hidden and Jaxed and Willi please show up and fix their messes before the third day is out or things are going to get REALLY messy...

 

"What are you talking about? Its only four," Nulix said...

 

Xardius sighed. "Oh, whatever. What do you guys want to do next then?"

 

"So, I guess it's back to the hotel," Xane shrugged. "Guess we can make a battle plan there after we eat."

 

OOC: Finally finished that PM. All right, I'm gone for the evening. See you guys tomorrow.

BIC: "OK," Xardius said. "Hotel it is."

He began walking to the hotel, but he tripped over one of the young women darting around, and ending up smashing her into the ground, and cracking his head on the ground.

OOC:What messes?

And I'm sorry, I've been sick all weekend. I finally get over from being sick to my stomach last weekend, only to get blindsided by a severe cold that makes me feel like I got a knife in my throat. I can't even go longer than five minutes without blowing my nose, and I'm having trouble sleeping at night. I'mnot trying to complain, just trying to explain that it was difficult to get on. I'm starting to feel a bit better now, so I'll try and stay on for the rest of the night.

 

"What's up? This is a surprise"
"Shut it Cecille. Why haven't you answered your phone the last two days?"
The teen named Cecille chuckled, her lean form leaned against a wall,her silver eyes whirling with amusement. "I've been busy gathering info on our prey and I didn't feel like being bothered. Besides I've been checking out what's on this phone you gave me anyway"
"Not much I believe, am I right?"
"That's true. 'Sybille's' done good nah?"
"Yes she has. How much time do I have to play?"
"Its nearly up. They'll come for her soon, whithin hours I believe." Cecille paused, brushing a platinum lock of hair out of her face, her fine features suddenly serious, "Is the bait too seriously damaged?"
"Many bruises and cuts but none on her lovely face. I want them to clearly see the pain that will be inflicted and I want to as well. They must pay for the pain they've inflicted. She's stopped escaping, with the reinforcements in her guards, and the cage certainly helped. Are the others ready to roll?"
"They're under your control so that's something you should know. Well I have to go, warehouse right?"
"Yes the warehouse, not too far from where you're at "Sybille", the abandoned one with the broken windows"
"Miracle no one's gone, but then again with all the pests there and hazards. Well the mirrors certainly brightened the place up."
"True, true" the woman on the other line said.
"Anyway see ya E. They're bound to get suspicious. Sybille out" and with a final flip of the phone, and a change in her appearence, Cecille went back unto the street.

 

OOC: Oh, just that you're supposed to be here within three days, and you wouldn't be able to if you were gone; so we'd have to go pick you up, which could get messy...Glad to see you both! And I know how you feel Jaxed, I had that a few weeks ago...

BIC: Xardius idly tapped his foot. He checked his watch. "OK, listen, up people, we have about three hours before they arrive or we go fetch them. I think Darxess is going to make it, but Bellatrix hasn't moved much."

He sighed. "We're going to have to go get her...or I will. Maybe you'd best stay here and make sure Sybille doesn't try anything..."

 

"It would help if I knew where Sybille was," Xane said.

 

"Yo guys!" Sybille chirped, running up to them, an apple clutched tightly in her hand, "What are ya'll up to?"

 

Xardius looked at Xane and nodded. "Well, we're thinking about tying you to a chair..." Xardius said seriously, grabbing her. "Because I know you're lying."
