BIC: "Novice," Scourge said. "There's something I need you to do..."

"Do you understand?" Scourge asked.

OOC: Yes we just cut out a short conversation. I'll explain later Pirate, when it won't be a spoiler for anyone.

 

Novice nodded and walked off to where he needed to go.

"Sorry to disappoint," Raijin laughed as well, before turning his head back to the castle doors. "You can go in now. I think Scourge's free," Raijn said, stepping out of the doorway.

"So they're not at war anymore?" Xane asked.

OOC: PM me about it.

 

Skinnar smiled, before giving a gruff pat on the back to Raijin. "Damn man, you had half the Light worlds under your rule... what happened?" With that, Skinnar walked into the large doors, the camera's were rolling. "Where is Scourge?" Skinnar asked, to no one in particular.

Nulix shrugged, "I think they are still working the details out..."

 

Xardius got up from his nap.

"I'm thinking we wait for Darxess," Xardius said, walking up. "Grab Willi, and then we head to the top of that mountain."

Xardius pointed.

"In here," Scourge said dryly from a room that had a small sign above the doorway saying "Office."

 

"In his throne room," Pharell noted. "It seems he knows we're here," Pharelll said noting Scourge's voice.

"Where are we headed anyway?" Xane asked. "The mountain?"

 

Skinnar opened the office door. "Ah, Scourge." Skinnar said, letting his agents and broadcasters in. "Rentu Skinnar, your Gran Hairis of the Universal Peace Alliance, sent here on behalf of the Sora, Ulfire, Alexander, and Elpacio System's, all the systems who you've been at war with for the last half a year."

 

Pharell was slightly nervous. Scourge was a wild card. No telling if his intentions would be benevolent or not...

 

OOC: Have I ever described what Scourge really looks like? I'll do it now...

BIC: Scourge sat in a large chair obviously built for a larger man with a wooden desk in front of him. Black hair was cropped to just above his eyebrows and ears, and deep-set black eyes eyed Skinnar with cold tactical intelligence. He was smiling, though that could have meant anything. He was moderately built, but looked strong, a view heightened by the tight-fitting dark red and black leather armor he wore.

He stood as Skinnar entered, coming to his full height of just over six feet and bowed slightly.

"I would say it is an honor," Scourge said, his voice comfortably situated at the typical male tone, "but since we're discussing ending the war, I think not. Please have a seat."

He gestured to padded chairs put in a semi-circle before his desk.

 

"Thank you, sir," Skinnar said, sitting down. The camera crews moved around him. "Oh, thanks Brad," Skinnar said as an agent handed him a drink. "Sir, we're on in twenty," One of the news people said. Skinnar nodded at them, sipping his drink down. "Brad," Skinnar said, holding the empty cup out for Brad to get. The agent did so. "We're on in five, sir," The news people said. Skinnar nodded, before turning to Scourge. "You ready?" He asked. The camera's started to roll once more.

 

Pharell sat down and looked at Skinnar, wondering what he could possibly say.

"What's beyond that mountain?" Xane asked.

Scourge smirked. "You don't have the slightest idea..."

Xardius shrugged. "That mountain is under an illusion. Possibly one of Azull's old ones..."

 

Skinnar looked at the timer a U.P.A. agent was holding up. "Welcome to today's political presentation, I'm your Gran Hairis Rentu Skinnar and I'm here with the man who thought it wise to rage war against all of the Light Worlds, Scourge." Skinnar smiled, "How are you doing sir?" He asked, outstretching his hand for a handshake...

 

Pharell was still nervous. His sweat was pouring over his face onto his new uniform.

"That still doesn't answer my question," Xane said.

OOC: DK, you know we just have to wait for Darxess, right? Noxas has been with us.

 

"**** you," Scourge said in response, with a pleasant smile on his face. "Let's skip the formalities and get down to business, shall we?"

OOC: This will make Pharell nervous, lol, and yes, I know. Grab Willi as in literally grab him from like...the hotel.

 

"I see you lack social and political experience," Skinnar replied, "Or else you would know that the formalities are business, probably the most important bit of business this interview will show..."

Skinnar shrugged, "Anyway, in the late summer of this year you sent a bomb on the Destiny Islands capitol, causing it to explode and kill several important people not just from the Sora System but from the U.P.A. Why?"

 

Pharell wanted to pipe up and say he had a bad feeling about the way this was going, but Skinnar knew what he was doing...

 

"To answer your statements, first, I'm not a political man," Scourge said. "I don't care about your politics or your position. I'm here for one reason, and that is to get you out of my hair so I can focus on more important issues than bugs like the you and the UPA."

"As for the bomb, perhaps you should ask your employees why they planted it themselves," Scourge said, his eyes narrowing. "Because I am quite certain I had nothing to do with it."

 

"Of course, because we all know your onto something... big," Skinnar smiled, "And, just to correct you if I may. Vecked Princeton, a member of your Brotherhood, attacked both Dark Midgar and Destiny Islands while under your employment. Perhaps he wasn't under your orders but he was under your employment." Skinnar smiled, "Now, as for our politics, our politics are the politics of the world. If you've discovered a world beyond this one, please tell us. But the world of man, is a world that follows our rules. Or perhaps, a world who's rules we follow. Now, let me ask you a question Sir, did you want to go to war?"

 

Scourge smiled slightly. "Certainly you have rogue agents. In this instance, Vecked was acting alone. When I am able to detain him, I will turn him over to you for due trial. But let's make it clear: Vecked acted alone."

"As for the 'worlds as we know it' act, what you don't seem to realize is that without me, you wouldn't exist. I did want to go to war, because you imbeciles were doing a good job of mucking up what I've been trying to save. Without my interruption in your own petty politics, you would have self-destructed. If you don't believe me, please say so, and I will show you why it is true," Scourge said with finality.

 

"Of course. I wouldn't exist without you," Skinnar smiled, "And you wanted to go to war even though you did in the past have a good record with several Dark World Government systems. To me, this is a very convenient segway into the war, Vecked's attacks and all. Now, you say our destruction would of happened had you not escalated a conflict, let me show you that the Virus, the infamous creature that stared World War Twelve, escalated conflicts to an all time high, and then the resolution came when Tui Raijin's empire collapsed. Now, in this war, you practically did nothing. Your defense was poor, I mean, the total body count in the Dark Worlds is eleven-thousand in the Light worlds in four-hundred and eighty-nine. The resolution came when myself and many others from the current administration came and saved the Light Worlds from a misguided protection plan which had turned harmful, once again caused by Vecked. How can you claim to have helped anyone? We lost a lot of lives, more people in your areas died then from ours. How can you claim to of helped anyone?"

"Hold on a second," Skinnar said, stopping Scourge from responding. Skinnar sipped a glass of water before smiling once more, "I think I may of put a few too many words in your mouth. You just said you helped us, I said you claimed to of helped us and the people. Do you think you helped the people? Do you care about the people?"
