Rainbow Neos looks good but it's very inconsistent.

 

Fake hero+ Rainbow Road +Poly = Easy

Its hard for an E-Hero/Neos fusion monster to very inconsistent
Especially with Future fusion and stuff.

 

why use fake hero?
Rainbow Path isn't useful because you're not running any Crystal Beasts.

 

I dunno,Because I don't run Heros and don't know any of their Spell cards besides the Obvious ones?

 

Oh My God, You people will say that any deck is good won't you? Rainbow Neos is a powerful card but it's too slow and hard to summon to be used in a competitive deck. Fusion Summoning is too slow and inefficient. If there was a deck that could CONSISTENTLY use Rainbow Neos whenever it wanted to though now that would be something.
