This is what legal Ra's effect should've been.

Although I really wish they had just kept him like he was in Tag Force 4 and Stardust Accelerator. He was perfect there. There was no reason to change him. Especially considering how pathetic they made him...

 

Exactly. I was really pissed at Konami for making him the way he was, but whatever, we can only use our opinions at this point.

 

Why exactly did they bring these cards back? I noticed Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl make a reappearance as well.

Are they finally out of ideas?

 

Probably, they wanted some more time to develop a game for ZeXal, I mean we all know it's coming. And so, they decided to give us some final flash backs and nostalga of old "friends" that haven't appeard in Duel Monsters for a long time.

 

That makes sense. So do you think when they make another movie, it'll have all the Yu-Gi-Oh protagonists like BBT?

 

I can't say for sure but I doubt it, I mean the style of ZeXal in the Yu-Gi-Oh timeline are way farther than 5D's was.

If you've seen the anime you know what the God Cards effects are. And again, The default ones are the Anime Exclusive ones as a reminder. I've explained this before. I would've posted the images of the legalized ones if I was using them.

And I'll explain their effects if you don't know them. Ra gains ATK equal to the monsters used to summon him and is immune to all card effects. Obelisk let's me tribute 2 monsters to deal 4000 Damage but I can't attack that turn and he too is immune to card effects. And if The God Cards are special summoned they die at the end phase. But I tribute summoned both of them. I wanted to summon Slifer too but I was too lazy to think of a way to summon all 3.

This way it works.^^

 

Oh yeah. Jaden, you never answered. Are god cards immune to effects targeting them or is it like blue eyes shining where they can be but don't have to?

They can't be targeted by them at all. Unless you mean the legal ones that's only the case with Obelisk.

 

The Seal of Orichalcos isn't a real card.........is it?

They're illegal.

Any card that is:
A.) Not a Yugioh card
B.) Is a Yugioh card but hasn't been mass released (this is the one Orichalcos falls under)
C.) Is a Yugioh card but has been declared illegal by the printing "This card cannot be used in a duel" Or "Not usable in official duels". (This is the one that the God cards and "Get your game on!" fall under.)
