and you only need to summon Galaxy-Eyes and summon that ontop of it..
its that easy to summon LOL...

no not really.. I'm just so excite that I finally have a generic rank eight, even if it costs three overlays.
Edit: and you can't just slap that on a galaxy eyes, you need three level eights.

that's only direct attacks.

 

it says "If this card was Xyz summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as the Xyz material: negate the effects of all other cards on the field."
meaning that you only need 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as it says it in quotes.
Reason 1: they probably doing the dark world thing on Neo Galaxy-Eyes.
Reason 2: Kaito would never summon 3 Galaxy eyes.
Reason 3: Neo Galaxy-Eyes doesnt have 3 heads.
Reason 4: Kaito is Yuma's rival and thus would have a card like C39: Hope Ray.
having the power to overlay something with 1 card. just like Hope Ray.

By the way, It says discard when your opponent declares a DIRECT attack so you still took one hit.

It's a powerful card and all but comparing it to BLS really makes you sound ridiculous...I do hope you realize that...

BLS is like 10x easier to summon than Neo-Galaxy Eyes...

 

if you summon Zenmains, I summon Galaxy eyes, summon Neo Galaxy Eyes ontop of it, use its effect, kill Zenmains+attack again for 5500 damage.

 

That's IF you can summon it...
