I don't believe how everyone over looked this.If you look at the first secret ending, it says it's based some years after sora defeated Xemnas but, in the second secret ending it's based before sora weilded the keyblade.The first secret ending is a completely different game.It might be when Xemnas and ansem(Xeahnorts Heartless) join together to become Xeahnort again after they are defeated by sora,regain his memories and go after Terra,Aqua and Ven.History will repeat itself.

If you were right does it say things like "Xeahnorts lost memories".They wouldn't need to say that in BBS because it's irrelivent.Every word is there for a reason.And yes i did watch the video today.

The meant other things with "Xehanort's lost memories". What it is, we're not fully sure yet.

I think part of the message is to the future, but most of it is to the past. We also were informed BBS takes place 10 years prior to Kingdom Hearts so I'm not sure why you think that it's in the future. Some of the message could relate to the future Kingdom Hearts 3 game but much of it appeared to be based on the past, as others have said. You might want to watch the secret ending again and also read the Nomura reports that Xaldin posted up. They are quite informative.

BBS and 358/2 Days BOTH take place in the past. Not sure what you're smokin' up, but that's how it is. :P


As for history repeating itself... the only repeating I can see is the secret endings. In KH1, the secret ending had to do with the world at the end of KH2. In KH2, the ending is probably going to have the ending of KH: BBS this time.

That is my theory, however.

Nomura has stated the the KH2 secret ending takes place immediately before the KH2 Final Mix ending. In other words, the Final Mix secret ending was an extension of the KH2 secret ending. End of story.

 

Actually, if you look at both endings, there seem to be something that doesn't connect, especially the keyblade they are holding. So I actually think the faded black figure we see in the first ending isn't baldy
